Hello everyone today i bring you an Exclusive Interview With Sinn Development, Werewolf Island is an open world horror/supernatural, first-person game for Windows/Linux/Mac/PS4/XboxOne/Wii-U in maturation by Sinn Development. It’s the story of Victor Lupus, whom inherits his uncles private island after missing for fourteen years. With a longing desire to discover what truly happened to his uncle, Victor unknowingly exposes himself to the enigma of Satanism.
1. Hello Sinn Development, can you introduce yourself and give us a little background about your team?

 We are an indie game and software development studio. We are licensed on all consoles (PS/4/Vita/3, X1, Wii U). Founded in 2013 to achieve the dream of being able to properly develop and publish for game consoles, we are currently building quite a few games as well as a lot of software programs for internal use, as well as contract use.

2. What is your game Werewolf Island about?

  Werewolf Island is an open world horror/supernatural, first-person game for Windows, Linux, Mac and Wii U, as well as other consoles that are to be announced. in maturation by Sinn Development. It’s the story of Victor Lupus, whom inherits his uncles private island after missing for seven years. With a longing desire to discover what truly happened to his uncle, Victor unknowingly exposes himself to the enigma of Satanism. – That’s the overall description of the game, and it quite neatly sums up the elevator speech.

3. What was the story behind this game and how did it became to be?

 The creation of the game started from us wanting to expand and go above the standard “Slender” style game where there is no deep story and background. We feel that this game will solve that, and create a new genre of multiplayer games.

4. What do you want to accomplish with your game?

Above partially answers this, but we want to make a game that a group of friends can play, not just a two people. This way everyone can feel the suspense and fear themselves. We are planning to have support of many consoles to achieve this, that way there are no barriers for people to enjoy the game.

5. Most companies don’t support the wii u, How did you decide to choose the wii u to be one of the platforms for the game?

 We decided to use Wii U as one of our platforms for the GamePad. A second screen ties absolutely perfectly into our local multiplayer mode, it adds a whole new depth of realism, where the werewolf can be independent of the main screen, allowing the players to be 100% blind of where it is.

6. ? Will the wii u gamepad be used?

 Absolutely! For both Singleplayer and multiplayer!

7. What are some challenges you had making this game?

Money. Game development is not cheap, we have hit several roadblocks with money related issues, as well as legal issues regarding Canada vs USA tax. Without getting into too many details, we need about $35,000 to finish the game as a whole.

8. Do you have a release date or when you hope to finish this game?

 We sadly do not have any release date, we plan to at least get a multiplayer beta out by the end of 2017.

9. Do you want to say something to all the fans?

We’re extremely and eternally grateful for everyone who’s followed the game. The surprising response from it makes us feel that this game really is desired in the industry!

    I like the idea of the ‘cat and mouse’ gameplay. There’s a few games on Wii U that utilise that. Not as many as I thought there would be though.
